Makarska Riviera, Gradac, new construction, modern apartments

The construction of the building began in September 2022, and the completion of the works is planned by the end of 2023.

The building consists of a basement, where there are garage spaces, to residential units that extend from the ground floor to the third floor.

There will be a total of 11 residential units in the building. The building will have an entrance with an elevator, and there will be 3 apartments on each floor, except for the last one where there are two residential units with a larger square footage.

Apartments vary in size. We offer two-room apartments ranging from 60 m2 to 71 m2. All one-room apartments are located on the south facade of the building.

The building is built according to high standards of construction and equipment, such as hydro and thermal insulation, high-quality ceramics, PVC openings, interior carpentry and high-class sanitary ware, stainless steel fence, air conditioners.

Parking space is not included in the price. There is an option to buy an outdoor parking space for 3,000 euros or a garage space for 15,000 euros.
