A new building with a total of 16 apartments, on three floors (high ground floor, first and second floor) is under construction in the Zagreb district of Novi Zagreb West in the Sveta Klara settlement. The apartments are adapted to the different needs of customers and square footage. There are six apartments each on the high ground floor and the first floor, while there are a total of four larger apartments with terraces on the second floor.

Proven construction materials of the highest quality are used in the construction, the entire building is of reinforced concrete construction, with built-in PVC carpentry with ALU shutters and thermal insulating glass, a 15 cm thick Styrofoam facade, which, in addition to floor gas central heating, will provide the building with an "A" energy certificate and the best thermal and sound insulation.
