The house was built on a plot of land of 200 m2 and consists of 3 floors with an individual floor plan area of 30 m2, a total of 90 m2. On the ground floor there is a living room, kitchen and toilet, on the 1st floor there is one room, a bathroom and a terrace, and on the 2nd floor there are two rooms and a bathroom.

All floors are connected by an internal staircase, and 1 floor has external access.

Next to the house there are two storage rooms of 10 m2 and 5 m2 that can be converted into a summer kitchen and a tool room if necessary.
