The roof is flat, impenetrable, insulated with 16 cm thick mineral wool (8 + 8 cm) on which a single-layer waterproofing TPO membrane is laid. The final layer is 5cm of gravel.

FACADE

Full parts of the facade (walls) of a residential building are made of reinforced concrete d = 20-25 cm, and are thermally insulated with mineral wool boards 15 cm thick - according to the specifications of the ETICS system. The base of the building (in the ground) is protected by waterproofing - cold bituminous primer and bituminous strips with a glass fabric insert and covered with extruded polystyrene (XPS) thickness d = 15 cm, up to a height of at least 30 cm above the ground.

EXTERIOR JOINERY

Windows and walls are made of aluminum frames with interruption of the thermal bridge, in color, glazed with triple insulated glass.

INTERIOR WALLS AND JOINERY

Internal partition walls are made of gypsum plasterboard 12.5-20 cm thick, gypsum plasterboard in two layers with the appropriate thickness of mineral wool filling, all depending on the requirements placed on them such as resistance to moisture, noise, impact resistance, etc. are smoothed and resembled with dispersive paint or covered with ceramic tiles, depending on the purpose of the room. Sanitary facilities and the kitchen are covered with water-repellent materials, such as ceramic tiles.

The interior carpentry is made of wood. The door wings are full.
