Thanks to the closed complex type of a total of three almost identical buildings, this property offers future owners peace and privacy not far from Split as an urban center. Management of the facility will be enabled through the Smart home system, so lighting, sound system, alarms and video surveillance will be controlled with a touch screen in every room, while the villa will be entered with a fingerprint.
