Apartment 4 on the first floor of 52.8 m2 consists of a living area of 24 m2 (kitchen, dining room and living room), a bedroom of 14 m2, a bathroom of 4.6 m2 and a balcony of 6 m2.

The apartment will be equipped with air conditioning in the living room. The floor coverings will be made of ceramic tiles and parquet.
