The building consists of 6 south-facing apartments spread over 3 floors (ground floor, first floor and second floor) with a usable roof terrace that is sold next to the second floor.

Apartment S4 on the first floor of a closed building of 61 m2 consists of a spacious living area of 27 m2 (kitchen, dining room and living room), two bedrooms of 10 m2, bathroom of 5.2 m2, hallway of 6.3 m2, storage rooms with an area of 2.9 m2 and a loggia with a coefficient of 5 m2.
