Construction and materials

The construction of the building is conceived as a reinforced concrete structure based on a foundation slab with reinforced concrete walls, reinforced concrete ceiling panels and a flat roof.

Roof

The roof is made flat, thermally and sound-insulated with XPS panels with a separation layer of felt and geotextile and a final covering of polymer waterproofing strips of TPO foil.

Facade

CORTEN panels made of sheet steel with a ventilated facade system made of mineral wool, thickness 12 cm.

ETICS facade system made of 15 cm thick styrofoam with a final layer of silicate plaster.

Interior arrangement of residential units

The walls between the apartments are made of reinforced concrete, lined with mineral wool panels

5 cm thick, 15 cm thick EPS styrofoam and plasterboard.

Partition walls are made of plasterboard panels on a metal substructure with 10 cm thick mineral wool filling, painted with dispersive paint.

Internal woodwork, lacquered. High quality sanitary equipment.

Floors in living rooms, rooms and utility rooms covered with 14 cm parquet. Class I ceramic tiles are installed in kitchens, sanitary rooms, entrance halls and on balconies/terraces.
