Description

Attractive agricultural land with a stone house located on the eastern side of the island of Vis, which as a whole consists of three parts.


An asphalted road divides the upper and lower parts of the complex. The lower part of the field is about 10,000 m2 and consists of vineyards of Plavac mali with about 3,000 vines on sandy soil.

Along the road runs the water supply, to which the connection is paid, and the electricity is also in
nearby.

On the second part, on the slope, there is a macadam road which
it passes through the upper vineyards to a legalized stone house of 24 m2 and a cistern
in front, area 16 m2, which have a use permit.


Next to the road is an authentic concrete pool for collecting black and white
grapes as a monument to ancient times.

On that part, there is a free space of about 5000 m2 suitable for planting figs or olives.


At the end of the long section there is a path and at the top a plateau with a vineyard of about 1000 vines and about 30 olive trees.

The land in the upper part has a fantastic view of Hvar, Korčula and Sušac.

The estate is located in Tihobrače polje, a part of the island known as one of the six fields where the grapes are classified as Plavac mali special, and from which in better years
can produce wine of exceptional quality and character.

The existing vineyards of about 4,500 vines are registered and carefully maintained in ecological production.

If another 6,550 m2 of land were bought and 30,000 m2 were obtained, a permit could be obtained for a building of 400 m2 and a basement of 1,000 m2.

The sandy beaches of Stončica and Smokova are in the immediate vicinity,

and Milna is 2 km away from where the famous and diverse beaches on the south begin
part of the island.

The town of Vis is about 4 km away.

The water connection is on the ground, the electricity connection is nearby.
