All lintels, cerclages and consoles are planned to be reinforced and executed exactly according to the statics
the budget. At corners, collisions of load-bearing walls and marked places in the project,
it is planned to carry out vertical reinforced concrete cerclages, on top of the walls horizontal ones, which will
be reinforced according to the static calculation.
The low roof above the recessed floor of the building will be made of sawn II grade coniferous wood
classes. The low roof structure will be covered with corrugated plastic sheet.
For parking purposes, 18 parking spaces are provided in the open space at
the parcel in question.
For heating and preparing sanitary hot water for the apartments and business premises in question
air-independent gas condensing boilers are provided in the space that will be
located locally in individual apartments and in business premises (in each apartment and in
one boiler per business premises). Space heating is provided as floor gas heating via radiators.
The pipes for the charging stations for the electric vehicle will be withdrawn.
