Zagreb, modern detached house is located in the green zone in Gornja Dubrava - Oporovečki vinogradi, living area 110m2 and 550m2 garden.

The house was built in 1998 according to modern building regulations in reinforced concrete construction, and the foundations were additionally reinforced with concrete piles. The complete renovation was carried out in 2022/23:

● new electrical installations and water pipes

● tiles and new styrofoam facade with a thickness of 10 cm, as well as PVC joinery with three-layer glass

In the adaptation of the house, the highest quality materials were used with special attention to aesthetics and lighting:

● Italian ceramics

● solid oak wood

● low-energy indoor and outdoor LED lighting

● Etherm floor heating (Austrian manufacturer) is distributed throughout the house with thermostats on the touch screen and the possibility of control by mobile phone via WIFI

The living space consists of three floors:

● the ground floor with a separate entrance consists of a hallway, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom

● 1st floor consists of an open space where there is a living room, kitchen, dining room/tavern with barbecue and storage

● the attic consists of a hallway, a large bedroom with a balcony and a bathroom.

In front of the house there is a paved yard with the possibility of parking up to 6 cars and a place for a gazebo.

The house is connected to the city's water supply, electricity, drain to the septic tank (the new tank was built as part of the renovation, and sewerage is planned). The gas is located on the road next to the plot. In the spring, the road leading to the house will be asphalted again.
