Hvar, super attractive agricultural land of 486336 m2 on the southern part of the island of Sveti Klement.

On the plot there is a vineyard of 5618 m2 and a smaller building of 37 m2, which is only 140 m from the sea. The only way to the plot is by sea.

The land has two exits to the sea, which are connected by an unorganized footpath. On the southern side, there is a popular anchorage for sailboats, while the northern part of the plot has access to the sea, where there is a restaurant and a winery nearby.

Due to their natural beauty, the islands are a popular tourist destination with an ACI marina, restaurants and wineries, and they are regularly served by taxi - boats from the town of Hvar.
