Trnsko, NEW CONSTRUCTION, modern two-room apartment with a total area of 53.18 m2, closed 48.74 m2 on the sixt floor of an excellent residential building built in 2023. Thickness 10 mm, dimensions 470x70 mm, produced by Strizivojna Hrast d.o.o. Loggias, bathrooms and kitchens are paved with first-class rectified ceramics. Ceramics are installed in the bathrooms up to the height of the ceiling, and in the kitchen at a height of 60 cm between the elements. The inner windowsills are made of white artificial stone. Modular switches Bticino Classia white are installed. Cooling is provided in every apartment. The apartments are cooled by a split inverter system.

Heating of apartments, all living spaces have one individual heating substation (ITPS) for heating and domestic hot water. The individual heating substation was developed for apartment central heating connected to the central heating system.

The structural parts of the building are reinforced concrete. The building is designed for the full foreseen seismic load according to Eurocode 8. The facade is in the external thermal insulation system ETICS. Thermal insulation is a combination of Styrofoam and mineral wool, 14 cm thick. Finishing is silicone plaster. External carpentry, PVC carpentry with interrupted thermal bridges, glazed with triple 'iso' glass, with a protective coating of LOW.

Partition walls between apartments and staircases and other unheated spaces are made of reinforced concrete and lined with mineral wool with a final coating of plasterboard. Partition walls inside the apartments are made of plasterboard d=10-12cm.
