Description

The project comprises four exclusive residential units (S1–S4) located within a contemporary, thoughtfully designed residential building, created to provide a high level of comfort, privacy and long-term value. The building is conceived as a boutique residential development with only four apartments, ensuring a quiet living environment, enhanced privacy and controlled use of shared spaces.
