  • Auxiliary buildings are behind the building line of the main building, exceptionally, on steep terrain, a garage can be built on the edge line of the street extension reservation or on the regulatory line if an extension is not planned or necessary;
  • The distance from the building line of the main building to the edge line of the street extension reservation, or to the regulatory line if an extension is not planned or necessary, is a minimum of 5.0 m, exceptionally, it can be less in accordance with the continuous building line of existing buildings;
  • The minimum distance of the building from the boundary of the adjacent building plot is 3.0 m.
